The Friends of Bury Folk - Notice of AGM
Please note that the AGM for The Friends of Bury Folk will take place on Monday 19th April 2021 at 7.30pm.
As we are unable to meet in person, the AGM will take place via an internet platform (Zoom or Teams). This will be a closed meeting and only open to current members of The Friends of Bury Folk. We appreciate that this might mean that some Members who would like to attend are unable to participate, but in the current circumstances this is the best option available.
A full report of the AGM will be sent to all Members following the meeting so that everyone is kept fully informed. If you would like to take part in the AGM this year, please email the Membership Secretary to confirm your attendance.
Details of how to access the meeting, the Agenda and the rules of the meeting will then be emailed to you nearer the time.
If you have a question to ask or an item for discussion at the AGM, please write to or email the Membership Secretary with your suggestion (contact details below). All suggestions must be received 7 days prior to the meeting.
All Committee Members and Officers are willing to continue in their roles and stand for re election. However, if you would like to nominate yourself or someone else for a role on the Committee please do so in writing for the attention of The Secretary prior to the AGM.
